Within a joint term from 30 November - 3 December Zagreb Fair organizes CROAGRO, the International Fair of Agriculture, Agricultural Equipment and Machinery and Food and Healthy Living Fairs.

CroAGRO and Food and Healthy Living Fairs are a significant platform for the presentation of all topics in the field of agriculture, food and sustainable living as well as the promotion of occupations in agriculture.

The fairs will be supported by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Croatia, the Ministry of Science and Education of the republic of Croatia, the Croatian Parliament - Agriculture Committee and the City of Zagreb. The partners of the fair are the Association of Farm Machinery and Equipment Dealers in the Republic of Croatia, the Croatian Chamber of Agriculture, the Zagreb Chamber of Trades and Crafts, the Croatian Agency for Agriculture and Food, the Faculty of Agriculture in Zagreb, the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences in Osijek and the Croatian County Association.

The fairs will gather over 400 exhibitors from 32 countries at more than 12,000 m² of exhibition space in 4 pavilions: 8, 8a, 9 and 11a.

CroAGRO - A fair that agriculture deserves

CroAgro - the top national and the central agricultural event brings together farmers, manufacturers and experts from the entire region under a single roof every year. The fair is an ideal platform for networking and exchanging experiences and knowledge at B2B meetings, presenting new products and services, as well as sharing experiences with visitors for improving their own business.

Numerous advantages of participation and presentation of goods and services at the CroAGRO Fair were recognized by the most important companies and producers from the agricultural sector. Companies representing renowned machinery brands have announced the presentation of the latest models of tractors, harvesters and attachments.

The exhibition, professional and educational segments of this fair include the most modern agricultural machinery and equipment, agricultural and food products, seedlings and seeds, means for plant protection and increasing the natural soil fertility and all necessary equipment and raw materials for production.

CROAGRO is an agricultural and family fair offering numerous interesting contents for all generations. It is the only agricultural fair in Croatia that takes place in indoor, heated and arranged spaces during a pause in agricultural activity, thus enabling better presentation possibilities to exhibitors.

This term is also ideal for negotiating a new agricultural season and networking with business partners in a holiday environment, with promotional offers and novelties.

Professional and accompanying programme

The CroAGRO Fair is a platform for promoting occupations in agriculture, as well as planning and discussing the prospects of this economic branch.

A large attention has been paid to the professional programme, so that in addition to the rich exhibition segment, visitors can also expect accompanying events of promotional, sales and congress character.

From the rich programme we wish to highlight the topics of the Faculty of Agriculture: "Challenges and Potentials of Irrigation of the Agroecosystem of the Republic of Croatia", "Innovative Approaches to Water Management in Agriculture: Examples of Good Practices in the Era of Climate Change" and "Urban Agriculture - A Myth or Reality".

As part of the Fair, education will be held for farmers - beneficiaries of IAKS rural development measures and young farmers. Acquiring professional knowledge about sustainable practices, agro-environmental issues and innovations are very important for promoting economic growth and development of rural areas in Croatia, especially for agricultural producers.

Food and Healthy Living Fairs are the national event on the topic of food, healthy living and restoration of natural balance of man through a complementary approach. The emphasis is on a healthy lifestyle, return to nature and the sustainable way of life.

From year to year the Healthy Living Fairs with their distinctive segments Food, KrOnoplja&Organica, APItera and Mystic are recording an increasing interest from visitors, exhibitors and experts.

Partner country - India

This year's partner country - India, is preparing an interesting programme that will be marked by yoga and Ayurveda workshops as well as collective music and dance performances. In addition, one of the largest Indian companies producing high-quality Ayurvedic preparations and food - Patanjali Ayurved - will be presented during the run of the fairs. Patanjali Ayurved is the leading Indian brand in the production of natural food, cosmetics and other Ayurvedic products. The goal of Patanjali Ayurved Ltd is to create a healthier society and serve people by bringing the benefits of nature and Ayurveda into everyday life.

In the year of India, in the sign of the millets and the Indian G20 presidency, a special emphasis will be put on the daily use of millets. The highlight - India will offer delicious tastings during the fair.

Numerous interesting and educational lectures, seminars, congresses, presentations and workshops will take place as well.

Domestic and foreign producers of healthy food, food supplements, herbal preparations and products, as well as teas, honey and honey preparations, oils, cheeses, nuts, hot peppers, healthy desserts, homemade winter preserves, various products from industrial hemp, will be presented, all with a different, healthier approach to life through interesting novelties from their gardens and kitchens where they practice unconventional and sustainable techniques for improving the quality of life.

Healthy cooking workshops, preparation of healthy juices with the possibility of tasting, workshops on making biodynamic preparations, practical indoor gardening, educational urban workshops by Vesela Motika and Botanika on indoor plant cultivation, workshops on protection from negative energies, education on Nordic walking will be held every day. Orgo energy healing treatments, a novelty on the world market that treats both physical and mental illnesses, will be featured as well. The first professional manual on apitherapy for children and the world innovation APIPEDAGOGY is coming to Zagreb Fair directly from the printing works.

Younity Croatia will introduce visitors to tools and techniques to help them realize their inner potential, create their own destiny and unlock their own well-being.

"Improving Sustainable Tourism Through the Application of Biodynamic Agricultural Practices" is a topic to be presented by Dijana Posavec, PhD, from the Dr. Rudolf Steiner Center. Their mission is to promote sustainable solutions to the challenges of environmental protection and social and food policy of the 21st century.

We wish to highlight the already traditional afternoon with Krešimir Mišak called "Border Areas of Science" on the topic "Tribal Discussion on the Future of Transhumanism". Gong PUJA is preparing an all-night meditative vigil with the music of gongs, and Dr. Semir Osmanagić will present his books "My Conversation with the Artificial Intelligence" and "The Healing Energy of the Bosnian Pyramids".

Visitors will also be able to see two exhibitions: an exhibition of works made using the dotting technique prepared by people with disabilities from the City of Samobor in cooperation with Kreativni Brlog, and an attractive exhibition of vintage tractors. The exhibition of vintage tractors is organized by the Turopolje Oldtimer Club at the Main Gate South of Zagreb Fair, featuring the following tractors: Hofher & Schrantz - austro junior system porsche, Eicher ekl 15/2, Deutz f2l612 and Kramer K12 V.

All visitors buying the admission ticket will qualify to participate in the rich prize game. Public drawing of winner will be held on the last day of the fair.
