Apart from the professional organization of international fair projects, the spatial potentials of the Zagreb Fair are in direct function of development and performing a whole range of economic and social activities. For this purpose, a total of 132,000 m2 of pavilion and 6,000 m2 of open-air space is available. 

Presently the space is used within the following units: 

SPORTS AND BUSINESS ZONE - recreational and professional sports activities for all ages: tennis, football, volleyball, badminton, carting arena, padel, boxing and other martial arts, athletics, free climbing, dancing….

TECHNOLOGY PARK – more than 250 start-up companies in the pavilion 12 at 5,000 m2 represent the center of development of small businesses and technology innovations in the City of Zagreb

BUSINESS SPACE – legalization of buildings, public procurement, offices, schools, workshops, warehouses, unloading sites, TV production, humanitarian work, catering facilities, associations, parking…

Apart from the permanent rental the TEMPORARY USE OF THE SPACE is also possible: various business, sporting, cultural, entertainment and other social events, temporary warehouses, music events, assemblies of political parties and associations, competitions…

The overall activities that are continuously organized all year round as well as the strong interest of the public confirm the position of the Zagreb Fair as the unique centre of economic and social events in the City of Zagreb.
